Escondido

Escondido is the city we paint in most. From the older homes around Old Escondido and Grand Avenue to the hillside properties in Hidden Meadows and the newer tracts near San Pasqual, we've worked on nearly every kind of house the city has.

Older Escondido homes often have wood siding, original trim, and layers of previous paint that need real scraping and priming before a new coat will hold. Newer stucco homes need elastomeric or high-build acrylics to bridge hairline cracks. We match the product to the house, not the other way around.
